3L blower from Sutorbuilt and General Dynamics' Emperor series high pressure pump add to the high quality components. The 65 gallon stainless recovery tank was combined with our electric diaphragm pump to create a great capture and release water system with automatic pump out. But we didn't stop there, the heat exchanger on the 3L-25 model is unique in the industry. Its multi-stage heat exchanger was built specifically for this system. And for those that desire maximum heat on demand, the 3L-18P propane fired model has the latest technology in high pressure, high heat and temperature control providing constant high heat at increased flow rates that the carpet cleaner truckmounts have ignored for years. While eliminating unnecessary pieces and parts we still did not ignore safety and ease of operation. Our systems provide not only safety checks, but backup safeties should the primary systems fail to function, something not found in most systems today. No matter which you choose, the Hotshot is ready for action!
nitizing temperatures at OUR flow rates. Think of it this way, gas or electric water heaters in our homes provide hot water on demand, as long as we limit the demand. The problem is the recovery time needed to heat the entire tank again. The same problem exists with truckmounts. Getting the water hot is not difficult. Almost anyone can claim high temperature ranges, but sustaining them is another story. We teamed up with one of the countries best manufacturers and designers of propane water heating coils and systems. Through this association, we can now provide units that not only attain hot water temperatures (over 250 degrees) but we can maintain those temperatures at hard surface cleaning flow rates. The proper way to quote attainable temperatures is not to quote a temperature but rather to quote the amount of rise above the input water temperature. One part of the country might have input water supplies at 72 degrees while another might be as low as 40 degrees. 32 degrees can make a difference in the output temperature as well. Our heater system is designed to gain a minimum of 190 degrees (F) above the input temp. This makes it possible to provide sanitizing temperatures even in the coldest of climates. And the good news, we do this at flow rates of 2.5 gallons per minute or more!
With the best truckmount built for hard surface cleaning, we just had to have the best trailer to install it in! We partnered with a long standing trailer manufacturer to build the trailer to our exacting standards. The result is a unit designed by end users that considers how you use your unit and makes your daily tasks much easier. As an example, i was tired of standing in the rain and inclimate weather when setting up and monitoring the truckmount. So we designed a flip up rear door instead of the traditional barn doors. When it's open, it makes a great rain canopy. And it's set to stop short of 90 degrees so all the rain runs off the back and not into your face or down your back. We also added more storage and specially designed storage rails to make organization easier. We lined the floor with tough, one piece rubber tread plate to make traction better and clean up easier. You'll find many features that were designed with the end user in mind.
